About the role

We're looking for a proactive, people-first IT Support Engineer to join our IT & InfoSec team, based full-time in our Bengaluru office. You'll be the go-to person for all things IT in Bangalore, as well as helping to support our team in London, helping with everything from laptops to large events, and keeping things running smoothly.

You'll work closely with the rest of our IT & InfoSec team. It's a brilliant opportunity to broaden your skills across both IT and security in a fast-moving, supportive environment with real room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for Bengaluru - the friendly first point of contact for colleagues in Bengaluru and remotely in London as required.
• Keep desktops and laptops running smoothly across macOS and Windows.
• Manage helpdesk tickets end to end - resolving what you can, escalating what you can't.
• Support onboarding, movers and leavers, so people have the right kit and access from day one.
• Manage devices through our MDM tools - Mosyle (Mac) and Intune (Windows) and keep hardware tracked and in good shape.
• Support internal events and all-hands, including AV and meeting-room setup.
• Help keep us secure - day-to-day checks across endpoint protection, email security and web/data protection, plus monitoring alerts in our SIEM (Splunk Cloud) and escalating where needed.
• Get involved in IT projects - we'd love your ideas, and you may even lead work packages. 

What you'll need to succeed

Essential

• Confident supporting both macOS and Windows.
• Experience in a helpdesk or user-support role.
• A calm, methodical approach and comfort managing several priorities at once.
• Fantastic communication skills - we’re at the centre of what Creditspring does.
• Friendly and collaborative - you enjoy helping people and explaining things clearly.
• Mac management with Mosyle, Jamf or Kandji.

Nice to have (or keen to learn)

• Windows endpoint management, ideally with Intune.
• Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Everyday tools like Slack, Notion and Basecamp.
• Jira Service Management, or similar ticketing.
• Networking basics (VLANs, subnetting, security) and any exposure to Fortinet, Meraki or ProCurve.
• Basic cloud awareness (AWS).
• Experience in a regulated industry, e.g. finance or defence.
