Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Owner, clients, and end users to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and client objectives.
- Configure and enhance OCE/Life Sciences Cloud.
- Implement and optimize field/sales/medical workflows.
- Build or adjust integrations and automations (Apex/LWC/Flows as needed).
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure data quality, security, and performance.
- Provide brief documentation and handover notes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Business Analyst or Salesforce development.
- Practical experience with OCE or Life Sciences Cloud implementations or Veeva CRM / Health Cloud.
- Experience in Pharma / Healthcare environment.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Solid experience designing and supporting integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, data synchronization).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process modeling.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a Product Owner.
- Experience working with manufacturing or complex B2B clients is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
