Role Overview

Support the Finance & Accounts team in project accounting, ERP transactions, statutory compliance documentation and reconciliations, with a focus on the Indus Towers Project, AEO Scheme and MOOWR Scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), billing and ERP entries related to the Indus Towers Project.
• Compile and verify data for AEO and MOOWR monthly returns and assist with preparation and filing under the guidance of the Finance & Accounts team.
• Maintain supporting documents, registers and records for AEO, MOOWR and related statutory compliances.
• Track compliance due dates and promptly highlight pending information or documentation.
• Assist with reconciliation of invoices, GRNs, vendor/customer accounts and relevant project records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information required for billing, accounting and compliance activities.
• Support audit documentation and other routine Finance & Accounts work.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com./M.Com. graduate or MBA student/graduate specialising in Finance.
• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant internship experience may apply.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and data compilation.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, documentation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn statutory compliance processes; exposure to AEO/MOOWR will be an added advantage.
