Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage target and assigned clients, identify new business opportunities and build a healthy qualified pipeline for IAC solutions and services.

• Drive opportunities from qualification through pre-sales, proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiation and deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, act as the primary IAC interface and ensure client needs and issues are addressed effectively to support long-term engagement and business growth.

• Understand client business requirements and identify opportunities to position and cross-sell relevant IAC consulting, technology and managed services.

• aintain accurate opportunity and pipeline forecasts, monitor sales progress and collaborate with DNeX Group Business Development, IAC solution teams and other relevant stakeholders in pursuing and closing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Management/ Administration/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Strong client engagement, relationship management and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to identify, qualify and develop sales opportunities from initial engagement through to deal closure. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Key quality(s): Ability to work collaboratively across business units and with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing sales, business development, or commercial roles. Proven experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and building and maintaining long-term business relationships. Experience in coordinating pre-sales activities, preparing proposals, and managing commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Experience engaging with government or public sector clients would be an added advantage.
