The Impact You'll Make
As our Sales Engineer - Hydronics, you are responsible for growing Danfoss’s presence in Taiwan’s chilled water market - bringing our hydronic balancing products, chilled water valves and energy meters into data center and commercial building projects.
Taiwan’s data center build-out is accelerating, and every new facility depends on precise, energy-efficient cooling. That makes now the moment to shape how the market specifies hydronic solutions - and to put Danfoss at the center of it.
Reporting to the Sales Manager for Hydronics in Asia Pacific, you’ll have direct visibility into regional strategy and a clear pathway toward key account and sales leadership roles within the Hydronics segment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow sales of hydronic and chilled water solutions across data center and commercial building projects delivering profitable, sustained revenue growth in Taiwan.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities and partnerships with key industry players
- Work with key stakeholders to define the right mix of products, services and solutions for Taiwan -
- Partner with other Danfoss divisions to reach shared customers
- Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering or Business, with 8+ years in sales, business development or marketing - ideally in the HVAC commercial building sector.
- Solid understanding of Taiwan’s data center cooling and HVAC commercial building market, including its key players and project cycles.
- Proven track record of driving initiatives and delivering results through others, often without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills in English, with Mandarin fluency to engage local customers and partners.
- High energy, a strong appetite for challenges, and the curiosity to keep learning as the market evolves.
