Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand business processes and pain points
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
Support solution design by working closely with architects, developers, and QA teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.)
Create and maintain:Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaProcess maps (As-Is and To-Be)
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and defect tracking
Ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value
Support change management and release activities, including documentation and communication
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
Domain knowledge (Banking / Finance etc.) is a plus

Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools such as:Jira / ConfluenceMS Excel, PowerPoint
Basic understanding of:APIs, databases, and system integrations
