Vos missions :

  • Intervenir sur les incidents matériels et logiciels (postes, imprimantes, périphériques, smartphones).

  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements et logiciels (Windows, O365, outils métiers).

  • Réaliser les opérations IMACD et participer aux déploiements projets.

  • Assurer le support VIP et la mise à jour de la CMDB et de l’inventaire.

  • Préparer et livrer les postes et terminaux mobiles sur site.

  • Déplacements fréquents à prévoir sur d’autres sites (permis B requis).

Profil recherché

De formation informatique (Bac à Bac+2), vous justifiez d’au moins 1 an d’expérience en support utilisateurs. À l’aise sur Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory et les outils de ticketing, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre sens du service.
