Role Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Team Lead Account Manager to drive commercial growth and lead high-impact projects across our restaurant and vendor partnerships. This is not a typical account management role; this position combines team leadership, partner strategy, and project ownership to improve performance and unlock new revenue opportunities.
What's On Your Plate:
Strategic Account Management & Growth:
Lead commercial strategy across the team’s portfolio, identify and activate growth levers, optimize vendor performance, and drive profitability.
Develop tailored growth plans and strategic roadmaps for top-tier accounts, focused on long-term success.
Project Leadership:
Design and execute strategic initiatives across the city; this could include optimizing onboarding processes, improving partner operations, or piloting new features.
Identify gaps and opportunities in the partner journey and lead cross-functional projects to address them.
Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive partner success.
Team Development & Performance:
Lead, coach, and support a team of Account Managers to consistently exceed commercial and operational KPIs.
Drive strategic thinking and customer-centricity within the team.
Set clear goals, provide actionable feedback, and support professional development
Data-driven Decision Making:
Analyze business data, market trends, and performance dashboards to generate insights and action plans.
Build performance reports and present key findings and recommendations to the City Head and other stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales, Strategy, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles, with at least 1-2 years of team leadership.
Strong track record in owning strategic projects, building cross-functional alignment, and delivering results.
Analytical thinker with a solid understanding of business data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
