Responsibilities:

• Design complete experiences - craft journeys across products and platforms, balancing user needs, business goals and technical realities.
• Advance our design system - grow a shared foundation that increases quality and consistency across products.
• Champion accessibility and inclusion - design with empathy to ensure our experiences work for everyone and reflect our customers.
• Innovate through design - challenge conventions and turn emerging technologies into experiences that redefine how people connect, communicate and live.
• Contribute to learning - share knowledge and feedback to keep improving together.

• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
