The Role

Digital Minds is looking for an Account Manager who will join their award-winning team and work closely with their top clients. Asan Account Manager, you will manage the creation and implementation of digital marketing branded projects in a fast paced agency environment, while liaising between clients and team members.

A successful candidate must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily client engagement and account management across social media, content, creative, and influencer marketing initiatives.

• Leads projects at an operational level working under the guidance of Account Director.

• Clearly communicate goals and objectives of client projects as well as processes to direct reports, to ensure seamless project implementation.

• Collaborate with production, creative and influencers’ teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

• Oversee social media management, including handling client social media accounts, scheduling content, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

• Manage influencer collaborations, including sourcing, briefing, and coordinating with digital creators to meet campaign goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, marketing developments, and creative insights, continuously learning and applying new knowledge to projects.

• Looking to become a future leader in the agency with a willingness to grow and learn more about Agency operations and the evolution of services provided to client partners.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in an digital/advertising/creative agency.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or communications related.

• Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities (proven media relations skills).

• Ability to write in English fluently.

• Ability to meet deadlines while closely working with several team members.

Preferred skills:

• Demonstrated interest in online video and digital influencers.

• Strong deck creating skills - both in content and structure.

• Agility to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.

• Ability to work in a team setting.

• Initiator, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude.
