Graphic Designer

Digital Minds, an award-winning social media agency and the #1 influencer agency in Greece, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join its Production team in Athens.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full creative process-defining requirements, visualizing concepts, and designing impactful graphics, illustrations, logos, photos, and animations for a variety of media. Your work will aim to inspire, attract, and engage audiences while communicating the right message across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visuals for websites, e-shops, and digital campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, etc).

• Create engaging graphics for social media posts, both animated and static.

• Develop thumbnails, banners, logos and channel assets tailored to clients’ needs.

• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Research and execute cost-effective event installations and merchandise designs.

• Collaborate closely with the Art Director and marketing teams on various projects.

• Studio set design (for video productions or photoshoots).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across digital and print media.

• Basic knowledge of AI design tools to enhance workflow and creativity.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with YouTube and Social Media platforms.
