Team Leader

The Team Leader will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of CREs, who are responsible for customer interactions and collections. This role involves strategic planning, team motivation, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Team Leader will report to the Department Head and work closely with other departments to align collection efforts with company goals.

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Relationship Executives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely customer service and collection processes.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving team performance.
• Collaborate with the Department Head and other teams to align collection strategies with company objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings, providing feedback, and facilitating open communication channels.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to enhance collection efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing or collections environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
