Your Responsibilities

As our Enterprise Software Architect (m/f/d), you will shape the future of our enterprise application landscape. You define architectural standards, drive technology decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and business-oriented software solutions that enable our digital transformation. Working across business and technology functions, you align enterprise applications with strategic objectives and establish governance that ensures a sustainable and future-ready software ecosystem.

• You shape and evolveour enterprise software architecture and technology roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
• You definearchitecture principles, standards, and best practices for applications, integrations, and data flows across the organization.
• You evaluate, select, and designsoftware solutions that are scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective.
• You review and governsolution architectures across enterprise applications, business systems, data platforms, and automation initiatives.
• You partnerwith business and technology stakeholders to drive digital transformation and ensure sustainable architectural decisions.
• You providearchitectural guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• You enableseamless integration between systems, processes, and data while fostering a consistent and future-ready technology landscape.
• You ensurecompliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all architecture decisions.
• You identify and assessemerging technologies and recommend innovations that create measurable business value.
• You drivearchitecture documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• You presentarchitecture strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You bring extensiveprofessional experience in enterprise software architecture, solution design, or IT leadership roles, ideally in complex, multi-system environments.
• You have successfully designed and implemented complex software architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• You possess strong expertise in system integration, APIs, data architecture, security, and modern software engineering practices.
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• You are an influential communicator who can engage and align stakeholders at all levels, from technical experts to senior executives.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments, build strong partnerships, and drive collaboration across teams.
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or comparable credentials are a plus.
