DOGA is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support our Logistics team and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working alongside a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, and delivery needs with professionalism and care.

• Investigate and resolve order or delivery issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Review customer quotes for accuracy-pricing, MOQs, purchasing requirements-and cross-check all information.

• Create and maintain accurate “ship-to” details and part cross-references in SAP.

• Enter customer orders and verify delivery schedules.

• Upload and update customer material schedules on external customer portals.

• Review customer forecasts, identify changes, and update internal systems.

• Proactively utilize SAP to ensure data accuracy and collaborate with DOGA IT to resolve system-related concerns.

• Maintain organized, accurate documentation in line with company standards.

What You Bring

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.

• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

• Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and communication abilities.
