主要工作內容
制定和推動物聯網 I/O 產品的市場定位和產品策略。
與各部門協同，確保新產品的開發、測試和上市計劃順利執行。
分析市場趨勢、競爭格局以及用戶需求，制定符合市場需求的產品路線圖。
提供銷售和行銷團隊產品培訓，支持市場開發和業務拓展。
必要條件
學歷：電機、電子、機械、自動化、化工、資訊、通訊工程或相關理工科系的學士或碩士學位。
工作經驗：至少3年產品管理、產品開發或項目管理經驗，具備 I/O、網通、自動化相關領域經驗者優先。
語言能力：中英文流利，具有良好的跨文化溝通能力。
出差需求：能配合國內外短期出差。
加分條件
熟悉 I/O 系統及 IIoT 解決方案，具備市場分析和產品策略制定的能力。
具備 PMP 或 Agile 認證。
具備研華 ADAM 系列產品或 DAQ 產品的使用經驗。
熟悉控制器、SCADA、工業協議（如 Modbus, PROFINET, IO-Link, MQTT）等相關經驗。
