MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM - Technical Lead

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, customization, implementation, and delivery governance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.

• Customize and configure entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, security roles, and business process flows.
• Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/TypeScript extensions, Web API integrations, and server-side components using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 6+ where applicable.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and thirdparty integration platforms.
• Build and extend Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages when required.
• Participate in requirement analysis, fit-gap workshops, technical design sessions, estimation, and solution architecture reviews.
• Support data migration, data cleansing, duplicate detection, and integration mapping activities using Dataverse, Dataflows, KingswaySoft, SSIS, or similar tools.
• Manage solution packaging, deployment, environment strategy, release management, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Microsoft best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex CRM issues, optimize solution performance, ensure security compliance, and provide production support.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, deployment guides, unit testing evidence, and support documentation.
• Own technical delivery planning, effort estimation, task allocation, design reviews, code quality, release readiness, and escalation management across CRM workstreams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, solution guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and coaching to CRM developers and consultants. Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement technical implementation, customization, integration, and support, including proven experience in a technical lead role.
• Strong technical expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Advanced development experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET, Web API, REST/SOAP services, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions/APIs, PCF controls, ribbon commands, client-side scripting, and reusable technical components.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse security model, connectors, environment management, and ALM.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP, contact center, portal, payment, middleware, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Services, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, security roles, field-level security, data governance, performance optimization, and environment strategy.
• Experience with data migration, data quality, integration mapping, and reporting using tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, Power BI, FetchXML, SQL, or Dataflows.
• Ability to prepare technical design documents, deployment plans, code review reports, and production support handover documentation.
• Prior experience working in Egypt or supporting Egypt-based enterprise/government clients is preferred; Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Strong leadership experience in coordinating distributed technical teams, managing technical risks, and ensuring adherence to Microsoft implementation best practices and project delivery standards. Other Qualifications:
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure Developer, or Solution Architect are preferred.
• Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service, Customer Insights, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, or AI-enabled CRM scenarios is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, SAFe, DevSecOps, automated testing, and enterprise release governance is a plus.
• Knowledge of MEA market delivery practices, data protection expectations, cybersecurity considerations, and public sector delivery requirements is desirable.
