Role Summary

In your role as Partner - People Data Analytics, you will transform people data into actionable insights that improve workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent decisions, employee experience, and business performance. You will combine advanced analytics, visualization, and workforce intelligence to develop analytical frameworks, dashboards, predictive insights, and workforce reporting that strengthen decision-making across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of people analytics solutions that address critical business, workforce, and organizational challenges.
• Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Deliver deep-dive analysis across headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, diversity and inclusion, organizational health, talent outcomes, and productivity.
• Support strategic workforce planning through scenario modelling, workforce forecasting, predictive insights, and investment analysis.
• Partner with Organization Development teams to assess organizational effectiveness, spans and layers, workforce design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
• Own and continuously improve executive dashboards, people reporting, and scalable scorecards using Workday, Power BI, and other HR technology platforms.
• Strengthen data governance by improving data quality, definitions, reporting standards, privacy, security, and integrity across people data sources.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying automation, AI-enabled analytics, and advanced modelling to increase the maturity and impact of People Analytics.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics or Workforce Analytics.
• Prior Experience with Workday.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability.
• Experience building executive dashboards and management reporting.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable visualization tool.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong consulting, written communication, and presentation skills.
