Global Retail Product Owner

About the Role

As Global Retail Product Owner, you will shape the future of Dyson's retail experience by defining and delivering omnichannel and service-led retail capabilities that strengthen customer engagement, drive commercial outcomes and create seamless experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.

Working at the intersection of Retail, Customer Experience and Technology, you will partner closely with market teams, Global Retail and Retail IT to define future-state retail experiences, translate business needs into product strategy and deliver scalable solutions that enhance both colleague and customer journeys.

This role requires a strong understanding of omnichannel retail, customer engagement and retail operations, alongside the ability to influence stakeholders globally and align markets around a shared product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap and delivery of retail product capabilities that support Dyson's omnichannel retail strategy.
• Partner with market teams globally to understand evolving retail and customer needs, balancing local requirements with scalable global solutions.
• Analyse customer and colleague journeys, synthesise insights and translate them into product opportunities and prioritised initiatives.
• Define and optimise end-to-end customer experiences across retail stores, CRM and digital touchpoints.
• Develop and enhance clienteling and customer engagement capabilities that enable store teams to build stronger and more meaningful customer relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape future service-led retail experiences that improve customer engagement, conversion, retention and lifetime value.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories and prioritised backlogs.
• Partner closely with Retail IT and cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, new capabilities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of new products, tools and ways of working across Dyson's global retail network.
• Use customer, operational and commercial insights to measure success, inform product decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
• Act as the primary business owner for product capabilities, ensuring alignment between business objectives, user needs and technology delivery.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Significant experience in Omnichannel Retail, Retail Operations, Retail Product Management, Retail Experience, Clienteling, CRM or Customer Experience.
• Proven experience defining and delivering retail products, capabilities or programmes across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and how physical and digital channels work together to create seamless customer experiences.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups across global and regional teams.
• Experience translating customer, operational and commercial insights into product decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing products through the full product lifecycle.

Preferred

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience with clienteling, CRM, loyalty or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience working with retail technology, POS, associate-facing tools or omnichannel commerce platforms.
• Experience within premium, luxury or customer-centric retail brands.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience operating within complex global organisations and managing competing market priorities.
