Job Purpose

Work closely with team members, including developers, testers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning activities.
Testing and Debugging:
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software reliability and performance.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects, providing solutions to ensure software stability and quality.
Assist in integrating and testing software with existing systems and applications.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document software design, code, and processes to ensure clear understanding and ease of maintenance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software development trends and technologies.
Prepare and present progress reports and technical documentation as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve software development processes.
Actively seek feedback and opportunities for professional growth and skill development.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools.
