Program Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Presales Leader to lead solutioning, client engagement and proposal development for enterprise technology opportunities. The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery and Technology teams to understand client requirements and develop effective, scalable and commercially viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end presales and solutioning for large enterprise opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into solution proposals and technical approaches.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations, commercials and presentations.
• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions and solution walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture and Technology teams to develop winning solutions.
• Create solution architecture, scope, effort estimates, timelines and delivery approaches.
• Present solutions and proposals to senior client and business stakeholders.
• Support Sales teams in opportunity qualification, solution positioning and deal closure.
• Ensure smooth transition of solutions and commitments from Presales to Delivery.
• Mentor and lead the presales/solutioning team and build reusable solution assets.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Consulting or Technology Services.
• Strong experience in enterprise technology solutioning and client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in RFP/RFI, proposal management, estimation and commercial discussions.
• Strong understanding of technology architecture, implementation methodologies and enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Sales, Delivery and Technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and lead complex deal cycles.

• Lead presales and solutioning for large AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, data and digital transformation opportunities.
• Engage CXO and senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and define technology solutions.
• Develop solution architecture, respond to RFP/RFI, create proposals, estimations and commercial models.
• Design AI/GenAI approaches covering LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents and automation.
• Conduct client workshops, solution presentations, PoCs and executive-level discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to shape opportunities and ensure smooth hand-off.
• Build and maintain reusable AI propositions, solution accelerators and industry-focused offerings.
• Manage complex enterprise opportunities across global sales and delivery teams.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging AI technologies and market trends.
• Mentor junior presales and solution architects, fostering a high-performance team culture.

• 15+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, technology consulting or digital transformation.
• Deep technical expertise in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, data analytics and enterprise AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and AI agents.
• Strong cloud architecture knowledge across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Proven track record in RFP/RFI response, proposal development, estimation and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent CXO-level communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-year enterprise opportunities.
• Experience working with global sales and delivery teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to create reusable solution assets and accelerate time-to-market.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
