Overview
The Project Manager will lead execution of IT support services and serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Responsibilities
- Manage performance, staffing, milestones, deliverables, risk, quality, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate service desk, network and systems, SharePoint/web, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 security, and risk assessment functions.
- Oversee transition-in, status reporting, and risk and issue tracking.
- Assist Agency staff in periodic review and update of existing internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 10 years managing IT programs or projects of similar scope and complexity.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across functional areas.
- Ability to manage schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Knowledge of federal IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Recognized project-management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication with Government leadership and technical staff.
Citizenship and background investigation
- U.S. citizenship is required for personnel assigned to this contract.
- A role-appropriate, favorably adjudicated background investigation is required before work begins unless the Contracting Officer approves otherwise in writing; most roles require Tier 2.
