• We're looking for sales professionals who genuinely enjoys working with people and knows their way around cars, to join our showroom team in madint nasr.

• About the role

• You'll be the first person a customer talks to when they walk in. Your job is to actually understand what they need, walk them through their options, and help them leave with the right car, not just any car.

• What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers in the showroom and figuring out what they're really looking for

• Hitting your sales targets by knowing the product well and presenting it with confidence

• Learning the full vehicle lineup so you can speak to features, pricing, and how we stack up against competitors

• Walking customers through financing and installment options so they land on a plan that actually works for them

• Using our CRM to stay on top of leads and keep in touch with customers, before and after the sale

• Following up on leads consistently instead of letting them go cold

• Building the kind of trust that brings customers back, and gets them sending their friends our way

• Working closely with the rest of the sales team, sharing what's working and pitching in where it's needed

Requirements

• Experience

• 3 to 4 years in a direct sales role, ideally in automotive, with a real track record of hitting and beating your targets

• Ready to step in and contribute from day one, no long ramp-up needed

• What you'll need to succeed

• A sales approach that's genuinely strategic, not just pushing whatever's in front of you, and the discipline to hit tough targets consistently

• A real interest in giving customers a good experience, not just closing the deal and moving on

• Comfort working inside a CRM to manage leads, track conversations, and stay organized

• Solid product knowledge, specs, market trends, and enough confidence to answer tough questions on the spot

• The ability to explain financing and installment options clearly, without making it confusing for the customer

• A track record of keeping customers around after the sale, not just at the moment of purchase

• Strong in-person selling skills, knowing how to read a showroom and work a conversation

• A natural way of building trust with people from all kinds of backgrounds

• Organized enough to follow up on every lead consistently, without letting anything slip

• Self-driven and results-focused, while still being someone who works well with a team

• A clear, persuasive communicator, spoken and written, who actually listens before pitching anything
