We are looking for a Data Intern to join our team and support data-related initiatives across the business. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, data management, and business insights while working with real-world datasets.
You will work closely with different teams to help transform data into meaningful insights that support business and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, organising, and maintaining business data.
- Support the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in validating data accuracy and resolving data inconsistencies.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis from different business teams.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Assist in improving existing reporting processes and data workflows.
- Support data-related projects and other initiatives assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and data visualisation.
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets is required.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or other data tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and large datasets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
