Testing Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to join our software company, specializing in enterprise-grade ERP web and mobile applications. In this role, you will lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies spanning ASP.NET backend web APIs, Angular web frontends, and Flutter mobile applications. You will be responsible for end-to-end QA activities including manual test case writing, stress and performance testing, automation testing, and bug reporting, while actively researching and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance test suite efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities

[High Priority] Analyze requirements and ERP business workflows (such as ERP business logic, data integrity, and role-based access controls) to design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios across Web, Mobile (Flutter), and Web APIs (ASP.NET), using Google Sheets and Jira for test management.

[High Priority] Engineer comprehensive test plans, standardized manual test sheets, standardized bug reporting processes, and acceptance criteria in Google Sheets and Jira for early defect detection and end-to-end testing lifecycle management across client applications.

[Medium Priority] Perform stress, load, and performance testing using Apache JMeter to validate system stability, scalability, and backend reliability under heavy load.

[Critical Priority] Architect, execute, and maintain automated testing scripts and regression suites using Java with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG or TypeScript with Playwright (TypeScript Playwright preferred), applying the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern across UI, web, mobile, and API layers to support continuous integration and automated functional testing.

[Medium Priority] Research, evaluate, and integrate AI-powered agentic testing frameworks (such as Healwright) to drive self-healing test automation, script resilience, and improve overall QA suite efficiency.

[High Priority] Conduct specialized backend and API validation using Postman to verify endpoint responses, data formatting, and error handling; create detailed bug reports, perform root-cause analysis using fundamental web, OOP, and database technical foundations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams (ASP.NET, Angular, Flutter) to track and verify defect fixes.

[High Priority] Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Jira, Git, and Maven to estimate user stories, clarify requirements, manage version control, and drive defect tracking throughout the release lifecycle.

• Domain Experience & Core Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of ERP business processes, complex workflow validation (e.g., ERP business logic, data integrity, access control), and enterprise-grade application testing in a software development environment.

• Technical Stack & API Validation: Hands-on testing experience across ASP.NET Web APIs, Angular web applications, and Flutter mobile applications; proficiency with specialized API testing via Postman (endpoint verification, data formatting, error handling) and performance/load testing using Apache JMeter.

• Testing Methodologies, Tools & Agile Management: Solid understanding of ISTQB Foundation principles, test planning, manual test case design, defect tracking (Jira), version control (Git, Maven), software development lifecycles (SDLC), and Agile management practices.

• Automation & Agentic AI: Proven capability in architecting and maintaining UI/Functional automated testing scripts using Playwright (TypeScript preferred) or Selenium WebDriver with TestNG (Java) using POM, combined with Agentic AI testing tools/frameworks like Healwright for self-healing script resilience.

Technical Foundation & Continuous Research: Solid grasp of technical foundations (JavaScript, HTML, OOP, database management) for root cause analysis, alongside a proactive mindset toward continuous learning and modern QA methodologies.
