Key Responsibilities

·Manage and ensures that long term, mutually beneficial relationships are developed

and maintained with customers, business partners and Eskom executives and

managers

·Implementation of integrated operational strategies and work plans

·Directs, implements and managers effective processes, policies and procedures

·Implementation of supplier relationships management strategies

·Ensures that all SLAs meet customer expectations and formulates appropriate

methods to share business information with all stakeholders
