Job Description

• Responsible for administrative and customer support
• Create and review documents and presentations
• Prepare and distribute, upon review and approval, departmental correspondence reports, memos, and projects
• Assist in the auditing, compliance, and order process
• Organize and maintain files (physical and electronic)
• Gather and review documents required from other departments
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars as requested
• Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers in a professional manner
• Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
• Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
• Aid in the management of technical support customer accounts
• Assist with processing and publication of technical documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must have 3+ years of related work experience
• Excellent organizational skills (physical and electronic)
• Excellent time management skills and have strong attention to detail
• Experience in using SharePoint or equivalent a plus
• Advanced computer skills related to creation of reports and presentations in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access , MS Outlook, and Adobe
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively via telephone and email
• Works well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
