Job Description
- Responsible for administrative and customer support
- Create and review documents and presentations
- Prepare and distribute, upon review and approval, departmental correspondence reports, memos, and projects
- Assist in the auditing, compliance, and order process
- Organize and maintain files (physical and electronic)
- Gather and review documents required from other departments
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars as requested
- Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers in a professional manner
- Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
- Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
- Aid in the management of technical support customer accounts
- Assist with processing and publication of technical documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have 3+ years of related work experience
- Excellent organizational skills (physical and electronic)
- Excellent time management skills and have strong attention to detail
- Experience in using SharePoint or equivalent a plus
- Advanced computer skills related to creation of reports and presentations in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access , MS Outlook, and Adobe
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively via telephone and email
- Works well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
