- Support application implementation projects within financial institutions.
- Troubleshoot applications involving Hadoop, Kubernetes/VMware Pacific, and microservices concepts.
- Maintain high service quality in a 24x7 support environment through analytical problem-solving and effective communication.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an application support environment.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Unix shell scripting, SQL (preferably MariaDB), and Java programming.
- Experience with Hadoop, Kubernetes/VMware Pacific, and microservices concepts is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in application implementation projects within financial institutions are preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and structured impact analysis skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure and experience working in a 24x7 support environment.
