Filigran is a French cybersecurity software company founded in 2022 that develops open-source platforms for threat management. Its flagship OpenCTI is a cyber threat intelligence platform, and OpenBAS supports breach and attack simulation and security exercises, both offered as open-source editions and as enterprise and SaaS subscriptions. The company raised a 35 million dollar Series B round to fund global expansion. The company is headquartered in Paris, France.

The Company

Founded in 2022, Filigran is a global cybersecurity company on a mission to empower defense teams to be proactive through open-source solutions that uncover threats and drive action.

Filigran stands out in the cybersecurity ecosystem through its open-source, AI-powered and threat-informed approach to Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). Our eXtended Threat Management (XTM) platform brings together threat intelligence, exposure validation and cyber risk reduction, enabling organizations to better understand their threat landscape and take action.

At the heart of Filigran is our open-source approach. Our vision is to unite defenders into a global community to make security more open, resilient and collaborative.

As Filigran continues to scale globally, we are building the organization, infrastructure and capabilities needed for our next stage of growth. How we scale matters just as much as how fast we scale: our CORE values: Cohesion, Openness, Responsibility and Equity shape how we work together, make decisions and build for the future.

The Role

The Customer Platform Architect will be responsible for supporting customers in the deployment of their on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products, conducting regular health checks, and providing advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements.

The role of the Customer Platform Architect is essential to ensure proper sizing of the infrastructure for new on-premise customers, to adapt deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and to guarantee the reliability of this infrastructure in supporting our customers’ threat management operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs.

  • Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure.

  • Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.

Who You’ll Work With

Briefly describe the team environment and collaboration style:

  • The CPA ME will be part of the KSA’s team while reporting to the global manager of the CPA function.

  • The CPA works closely and continuously with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams.

Profile We’re Looking For

  • Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as docker, podman and kubernetes.

  • Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and helm-based application deployments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.

  • Background in customer-facing technical roles.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Fluent in Arabic.

  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership.

  • Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences (customers, internal teams, both technical and non-technical individuals, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset and the ability to identify effective solutions for infrastructure challenges.

  • Ability to integrate the Customer team, with a willingness to learn and understand the products’ features, software architecture, and threat intelligence domain.

  • Team player with collaboration skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.
