We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our New Logo Acquisition (NNN) sales organization acrossASEAN and Greater China North (GCN), includingHong Kong and Taiwan.

This leadership role is responsible for building, developing, and leading a team of high-performing NNN sales professionals focused on acquiring new customers, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the region. The Senior Sales Director will define and execute the regional new business strategy, foster a high-performance sales culture, and ensure the achievement of ambitious bookings and revenue targets.

The successful candidate will be a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of leading enterprise technology sales teams, building executive-level customer relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering consistent growth through new logo acquisition within the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of New Logo Acquisition (NNN) sales professionals across ASEAN and GCN.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, execution excellence, and customer success.
  • Establish clear sales objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and retention of top sales talent.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal inspections, forecasting sessions, and performance management activities.

New Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own and deliver regional NNN revenue, bookings, and pipeline targets.
  • Lead the acquisition of new customers and new revenue streams across target markets and industry segments.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market and territory strategies focused on growth and market penetration.
  • Support sales teams in identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation through prospecting, executive engagement, partner ecosystems, and marketing initiatives.

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Provide executive sponsorship for strategic pursuits and key customer engagements.
  • Support complex negotiations and large-scale transformational deals.
  • Drive sales excellence initiatives and best-practice methodologies across the organization.
  • Partner with regional and global leadership teams to align sales strategies and business priorities.
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies for target banking institutions and enterprise clients.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers within prospect organizations.
  • Represent the business at executive meetings, industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
  • Position the organization as a strategic partner capable of supporting clients' transformation initiatives and business goals.
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions tailored to customer priorities.

Market Expansion & Industry Leadership

  • Identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats across ASEAN and GCN.
  • Drive market expansion strategies aimed at increasing market share and regional brand presence.
  • Provide insight into industry developments, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem development initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Management, Marketing, and Regional Leadership teams.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration throughout the customer acquisition lifecycle.
  • Drive alignment between sales execution and delivery capabilities to maximize customer outcomes.

Sales Governance & Forecasting

  • Own regional sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy and disciplined CRM usage across the team.
  • Provide regular business reviews and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and improve key sales performance indicators, conversion rates, and win rates.

Requirements and Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with significant experience in new logo acquisition.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding regional revenue and bookings targets.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex software, SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or enterprise solutions.
  • Experience managing large, strategic, multi-country sales opportunities.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Preferred

  • Direct experience selling into banks and financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, Capital Markets, or Financial Services Technology.
  • Experience leading sales teams across ASEAN and GCN (Hong Kong and Taiwan).
  • Existing network of senior banking and financial services decision-makers.
  • Experience working within a global matrix organization.
