Inside Sales Representative

1. Lead Qualification & ResponseWork inbound and marketing-generated leads through the company lead model and lead-scoring framework to ensure timely, disciplined qualification.Respond to inbound inquiries within the agreed SLA and maintain consistent first-touch speed across all sources.Qualify leads against budget, authority, need, timeline, customer segment and cloud requirement, and disposition each lead clearly as qualified (SQL), nurture or disqualified.Maintain accurate lead notes, scoring inputs and qualification outcomes in the CRM for full traceability.2. Outbound Prospecting & Demand GenerationBuild and maintain targeted prospect lists across Web3, Internet Companies, Gaming, Fintech and enterprise segments aligned to OneCloud's cloud and partner ecosystem.Run structured multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls and messaging) with consistent cadence and disciplined follow-up.Generate qualified discovery meetings and hand them to Business Development with sufficient customer context, business need and next steps.Track outreach activity, response rates and meeting conversion to continuously improve targeting and messaging.3. Transactional Sales & ClosingOwn smaller, single-cloud or lower-value opportunities end to end, from qualification through quotation, follow-up and close, within the agreed deal band.Coordinate with SA and TAM/Presales for technical scoping or sizing where required on transactional deals.Maintain quotation accuracy, follow up on pending decisions and drive deals to closure with appropriate velocity.4. Pipeline Hygiene & HandoverKeep CRM records accurate and current across lead status, opportunity stage, next action and expected close.Ensure clean, complete handover of qualified enterprise opportunities to Business Development, including customer context, requirements and prior interactions.Track conversion from lead to qualified meeting to opportunity, and flag stalled or unresponsive leads for re-engagement or nurture.Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure lead flow, scoring and routing remain accurate and efficient.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications or related fields.2-4 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, telesales, sales development or B2B technology sales.Experience in cloud, SaaS, IT services or B2B technology sales environment is preferred.Good understanding of lead qualification, sales pipeline, CRM discipline and outreach cadence tools.Proficient in CRM tools, email/LinkedIn outreach, Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.Strong communication, persistence, resilience and a comfort working toward activity and revenue targets.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
