Commercial Executive - Quotations & Orders Processing (Marine)

Responsibilities:

• To perform commercial duties (costing and sales) for maintenance works involving clients’ vessels and assets
• Prepare accurate, realistic and timely quotations & costing for enquires/jobs requests from clients
• To liaise with SRM/Production for the jobs awarded

  To source for sub-contractors and specialist jobs and labour intensive works

• To liaise job quotation between owner’s rep and yard Production

  Prepare monthly contract-out jobs status on maintenance order

• To register new subcontractor into the system and update the status when necessary.
• To generate subcontractor’s work order upon PO confirmation from clients.
• To generate invoice to client for payment.

Requirements:

• NTC or Diploma in any Engineering field
• Meticulous in planning and data admin
• Experience in using SAP Production Planning is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and email correspondence
• Able to handle ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients
• Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
• Willing to work in Changi
• Only Singapore Citizens will be considered for this role

• Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
