Walk-in Service Advisor

We are now launching a new Walk-in Service in Södertälje and are looking for Walk-in Service Advisor to help build the experience from the start.

What you'll be doing

As a Walk-in Service Advisor, you will be one of the first people customers meet when visiting our Walk-in Service. Your role is to understand what they need, guide them towards the right solution and make sure they feel supported throughout the process.

Whether someone needs help with a device, wants to understand their available options or arrives frustrated because something isn't working, your focus is to listen, advise and create a positive experience.

What you will do:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly way.

• Understand customer needs through active listening and the right questions.

• Advise customers on available devices, services and next steps.

• Handle questions and challenging customer situations calmly and constructively.

• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Manage customer flow, waiting times and service priorities.

• Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests.

• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.

Who we are looking for

You are naturally service-minded and enjoy working directly with people. You communicate clearly, stay calm when situations become challenging and genuinely enjoy finding solutions.

We believe you have

• Previous experience from customer service, retail, helpdesk, hospitality, technical support or another customer-facing environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A practical and solution-oriented mindset.

• Confidence handling complaints or frustrated customers professionally.

• The ability to manage several customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• An interest in technology and willingness to learn about different devices and services.

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

You don't need to be a technician. What matters most is your ability to understand the customer's situation, provide good advice and make sure they leave feeling heard and supported.
