Key Tasks
- Collaborate with manual testers, dev ops engineers and integration lead to identify automation candidates from each software drop
- Design, develop and implement automation regression test suites that validate features end to end
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for quick feedback in the release cycles
- Manage and produce clear automation dashboards, test reports and metrics for the assigned Test program(s), including # of scripts executed, pass/fail reports
- Troubleshoot valid test failures, automation false negatives to continuously improve the automation stability and coverage
- Fully document any defects/unexpected anomalies identified during automation testing
- Identify and propose areas of improvement throughout the Release process
Key Qualifications
- BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (at least 3 years) with IT and telecommunications hardware and software
- At least 5 years automation test-related work experience
- Experience in JavaScript and designing automation test code
- Hands on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, or similar
- Familiar with CI/CD pipeline (GitLab, Jenkins….)
- Understanding of containerization, virtualization such as Kubernetes
- Experience with bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA (preferred)) and Test Management Systems (e.g., JAMA)
- Strong written and communication skills - ability to communicate progress/problems, test design with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks and projects,
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong understanding in QA methodology, Agile/Scrum software development processes and project life cycles

Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000
