To enable newly on-boarded FSCs to be field-ready by providing tools, knowledge and mindset in providing FWD solutions to SBC referred clients.1) Training Delivery:
- Conduct the BEST program as the entry point for all new sales hires.
- Deliver IC Review for Organic Recruits
- Coordinate with different SMEs and admin team for the BEST session
- Can simulate role play scenarios to enhance learning experience
2) Content Support:
- Facilitate workshops for product reviews for FSCs.
- Assist the senior trainers in developing and updating training modules, scripts to reflect recent changes and regulatory direction.
- Review BEST module for improvement.
3) Performance Management:
- Track and monitor the 1st 30 days of the onboarded FSCs in coordination with Area Sales Head upon coding - (TBD)
- Conduct bite-sized sessions for FSCs to enable activation.
- Average rating of 80% training feedback
