Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συμμετέχει στις μελέτες εφαρμογής, στις εργασίες κατασκευής και στην επίλυση των τρεχόντων μελετητικών θεμάτων στο έργο.
  • Συντάσσει προμετρήσεις και επιμετρήσεις των εργασιών και των απαιτούμενων υλικών, και προϋπολογισμούς αυτών.
  • Παρακολουθεί την διαδικασία παραγγελίας και παραλαβής των υλικών.
  • Διενεργεί έρευνα αγοράς και συντάσσει συγκριτικούς πίνακες υπεργολάβων και προμηθευτών.
  • Εποπτεύει την ορθή υλοποίηση των εργασιών από τους υπεργολάβους, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές κατασκευής, τις απαιτήσεις του έργου και το πρόγραμμα εργασιών.
  • Συντάσσει και ελέγχει τους λογαριασμούς - πιστοποιήσεις υπεργολάβων.
  • Παρακολουθεί την πρόοδο των εργασιών, την τήρηση του καθημερινού προγράμματος και του χρονοδιαγράμματος του έργου.
  • Παρέχει υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση στους εργοδηγούς.
  • Προετοιμάζει αναφορές σε εβδομαδιαία / μηνιαία βάση και ενημερώνει τον Διευθυντή Έργου σχετικά με την εξέλιξη των εργασιών.
  • Τηρεί ημερολόγιο και αρχείο έργου.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Αρχιτέκτονα ή Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
  • 5 έτη εργοταξιακής εμπειρίας σε οικοδομικά έργα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά & γραπτά)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση AutoCAD ή άλλων σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων

  • Ευελιξία και γρήγορη ανταπόκριση σε συνθήκες εργασιακής πίεσης
