Job Description

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions; Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technology strategies; Evaluate new technologies and tools for adoption; Ensure technical excellence and best practices in project delivery; Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives; Lead and participate in code reviews and technical discussions; Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies; Support overall technical vision and roadmap of the organization.
