- Responsible for ensuring the quality of new model projects and developing packing specifications for both new models and current production.
- Monitor, evaluate, and control the quality of raw materials (plastic, aluminum, and paint).
- Develop and improve raw material specifications to meet product and process requirements in collaboration with headquarters and suppliers.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with company standards, including replacement parts and cost recovery.
- Conduct material testing, analyze results, and validate findings with suppliers to support product development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, Procurement) across [client] subsidiaries to ensure effective quality management.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field in engineering, Logistic Engineering and Packaging Engineering or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality field in automotive industry.
- Experience in new model quality control and packaging development is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (Good communication and presentation skills)
- Good Computer literacy; Microsoft Office, basic CAD knowledge, Data & Analysis by Excel (Pivot), BI, Dashboard / Digital Communication Collaboration by MS Teams is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good team collaboration, adaptability skill and able to travel for overseas trip.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks, adaptability skill and able to travel for overseas trip.
