Responsibilities

• Manage vendor master data, including the creation, maintenance, and validation of vendor records.
• Process invoices and staff claims accurately and promptly in accordance with company financial policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal staff on invoices, staff claims, Statements of Account (SOA), and payment-related matters.
• Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Support accounting operations and undertake additional finance-related duties as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for preparing English documentation and liaising with English-speaking stakeholders.
• Candidates with relevant accounting or finance experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing and able to work beyond regular hours during month-end closing activities, typically for approximately three days each month.
