Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy network and security solutions, including routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, load balancers, and other network devices.
• Perform installation activities such as racking, stacking, and configuring network equipment.
• Manage and deliver medium to large-scale network infrastructure projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and security-related issues, including connectivity, configuration, and performance concerns.
• Analyze network traffic and identify root causes of technical incidents during project implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing project expectations and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Low-Level Design (LLD), Technical Design Specifications (TDS), as-built documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) documents.
• Obtain client sign-off on project deliverables and documentation for project closure.
• Conduct project handovers and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal operations teams.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network design, implementation, and deployment.
• Current CCNP certification with relevant professional experience.
• CCIE certification in any track except Security is an added advantage
• Proven experience leading and delivering medium to large-scale network infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, Spanning Tree, and MPLS L3VPN.
• Hands-on experience with wireless networking technologies, including Cisco WLC, Aruba solutions, Prime Infrastructure, MSE/CMX, Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), and Ekahau Site Survey tools.
• Strong knowledge of data centre technologies, including Cisco Nexus, VDC, vPC, FEX, VXLAN, and ACI.
• Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager and Cisco ISE.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
