Accounts Executive (No experience required/ Central/ Up to $3K)

Responsibilities :

• Perform daily sales closing and reconciliation.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing supplier invoices and preparing payments.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) activities as required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on finance-related matters.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the Senior Accounts team as needed

Requirements :

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• No experience required or candidates with 1-2 years of accounting experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling financial data.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Responsible, well-organized, and capable of managing routine accounting tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
