Job Description:

• Conduct subject recruitment, screening, consent-taking, and follow-up
• Schedule study visits, administer questionnaires, and ensure timely data entry
• Collect and manage research data from patient interactions and electronic health records
• Maintain study documentation, investigator files, and databases (e.g. REDCap)
• Ensure compliance with research protocols, GCP, HBRA, and institutional policies
• Coordinate with clinicians, labs, and departments to support study workflows
• Prepare documentation for audits, IRB submissions, and study reports
• Manage timelines and meet research deliverables across multiple sites

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Public Health, or Social Science (experience preferred)
• Knowledge of GCP and HBRA guidelines
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, adaptable, and able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual ability preferred (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
• Willingness to travel between sites and work required hours (including Saturdays)
