Corporate Secretary Executive (Up to $4K/ North)

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services, including company incorporation, changes in officers, and share transfers.
• Manage submission of statutory filings and transactions with ACRA and IRAS.
• Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, EGM/AGM minutes, statutory forms, and related corporate documents.
• Maintain and update statutory registers and secretarial records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing due diligence checks for new and existing clients.
• Support corporate matters and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

• Possesses or is currently pursuing a corporate secretarial qualification, with a background in compliance.
• Min 2 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
