Inventory Control Manager [up to $5,500 + AWS | Central | URGENT]

Responsibilities:

• Achieve Operational Targets - Lead inventory control operations to meet KPIs and management objectives.
• Drive Process Improvement - Improve inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and operational processes.
• Team Management & Development - Manage, coach, and develop inventory, purchasing, and planning staff.
• Policy & Compliance - Ensure staff follow inventory policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Purchasing Budget Management - Prepare and control the annual purchasing budget with Finance and HQ.
• Transfer Pricing Compliance - Maintain transfer pricing according to corporate and tax guidelines.
• Inventory Profit Management - Monitor stock turnover, holding costs, and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
• Inventory Allocation Control - Manage fair and timely allocation for internal departments and customers.
• Order & Production Coordination - Align customer orders with factory capacity, materials, and allocation rules.
• Stock Level & Issue Management - Maintain optimal stock levels and resolve delivery or operational issues with internal teams and partners.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, A.I tools, PC & Excel skills.
• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or distribution industry is preferred.
