Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide user guidance on IT systems, productivity tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues through onsite and remote support.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through the ITSM platform while ensuring timely resolution within SLA requirements.
• Monitor recurring issues and support root cause analysis and service improvement initiatives.
• Support endpoint management activities, including device onboarding, software deployment, patching, compliance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with Windows OS updates, endpoint maintenance, and remediation activities.
• Escalate security incidents and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for issue resolution.
• Provide basic support for network, server, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and database environments.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, endpoint records, technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Support technology refresh, device migration, and IT improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of supporting Windows operating systems, including desktop and server environments.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) or ticketing systems.
• Basic understanding of networking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms.
• Willingness to undertake the Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) examination if required.

• Exposure to Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions; experience with Ivanti.
