Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Administer and maintain Linux servers, including monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, including backup and recovery, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related systems.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, patch management, and operational support to ensure service availability and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
• Execute and monitor backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity and data protection readiness.
• Implement and maintain IT security best practices, including access control, system logging, and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, software licenses, and system documentation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support ERP and related business systems operations.
• Assist with IT audits, compliance activities, hardware and software reviews, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with senior IT team members to support infrastructure and operational initiatives.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent IT Professional Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Administrator or similar infrastructure support role.
• Strong experience in network planning, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in Linux server administration, preferably within AlmaLinux or RHEL-based environments.
• Proven experience in PostgreSQL database administration, including backup and recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and security.
• Experience supporting ERP systems; experience with AMOS systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux Server, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions.
