Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including incident handling, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and configuration changes within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Perform Microsoft 365 administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell, including configuration checks and automation of routine activities.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets using ITSM tools, ensuring accurate documentation of support activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and monitor progress.
• Develop, maintain, and update knowledge base articles, operational procedures, and FAQs.
• Provide support for enterprise services and custom-developed applications, including incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of user inquiries in accordance with service requirements.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English language for liaising with Japanese-speaking and English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including occasional night and weekend shifts.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is an added advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge and operational understanding of Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience using PowerShell for system administration, operational support, or task automation is an added advantage.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Operational experience supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID, is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a global or multinational support environment is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
