Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders and forecasts with ASEAN and Japan offices.
• Handle daily email communication and provide support to internal teams and customers.
• Review customer forecasts and oversee monthly order management.
• Submit inquiries to Japan and other factories and prepare purchase requisitions for the Material Control Department.
• Follow up with factories on lead times and with customers on sales confirmations.
• Coordinate with the Shipping Department on incoming shipments, urgent unstuffing, and invoice preparation for OE customers.
• Perform additional assigned administrative or operational tasks.

• Willingness to learn with a positive work attitude.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a desk-bound environment.
• Ability to manage OEM, intercompany, and aftermarket customers.
• Minimal travelling required, with occasional ad-hoc travel when necessary.
