Sales Executive ( Real Estate | Commercial )

Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive will focus on supporting and growing our office brokerage business by handling client enquiries, conducting sales activities, and building strong relationships with landlords and workspace operators.

• Manage office brokerage transactions from enquiry to deal closure
• Propose and introduce suitable office solutions to companies and sole proprietors planning relocation or new office setup
• Conduct site tours and client meetings
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenancy documentation
• Support new business development through proactive outreach and networking
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with developers, landlords, and serviced office operators
• Keep internal systems and records updated accurately

[Must]

• Valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certificate with current CEA registration (Council for Estate Agencies, Singapore)
• Office real estate brokerage experience in Singapore (handling enquiries, conducting viewings, preparing proposals, negotiating with landlords or serviced office operators)
• Strong interest and motivation in sales, including comfort with proactive outreach and new business development
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-first mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a small, growing team
