Responsibilities

• Perform testing and validation of RF and microwave electronic products, including SSPA, BUC, LNA, down converters, and transceivers.
• Conduct RF measurements across C-band, X-band, Ku-band, Ka-band, and other frequency ranges.
• Support product development activities from concept, design verification, testing, through to manufacturing.
• Operate RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers (VNA), signal generators, power meters, and oscilloscopes.
• Set up, maintain, and calibrate RF test benches to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to RF modules, PCB assemblies, and finished products.
• Develop, review, and improve test procedures, documentation, and work instructions.
• Record and maintain accurate test results, reports, and traceability records within designated systems.
• Support production testing, failure analysis, re-testing, and verification after repair or rework activities.
• Evaluate electronic components and assemblies for engineering development and production requirements.
• Improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and test efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and utilize LabVIEW-based test solutions and automation tools where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ESD handling, and quality management requirements.
• Support routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment and promptly report equipment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RF and microwave electronics testing and manufacturing.
• Strong experience with RF products such as SSPA, BUC, LNA, down converters, and transceivers.
• Knowledge of RF systems operating across C-band, X-band, Ku-band, Ka-band, and similar frequency bands.
• Proficiency in using RF laboratory equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers (VNA), signal generators, power meters, and oscilloscopes.
• Experience with manufacturing tools, processes, and equipment used in RF electronics production.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management standards.
• Experience with LabVIEW software; experience with equivalent test automation platforms is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as Omnify; experience with equivalent systems is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in circuit analysis, fault diagnosis, and electronic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, quality reporting systems, MES platforms, and product traceability requirements.
