Build your administrative and professional office skills!This Office Work Experience Trainee position introduces participants to administrative functions in a professional setting. You’ll gain exposure to data entry, customer service, and office organization while developing transferrable workplace skills.

What You’ll Learn:

Answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general information.

Filing, data entry, mail handling, and document organization.

Using office systems and technology in daily tasks.

Ideal For:Participants looking to develop administrative or customer service experience for future office employment.

Eligibility:Must be pre-qualified for a Goodwill SoCal work experience program.
